Abhyanga is the traditional Ayurvedic full-body massage. Warm oil is worked into the body in long, rhythmic strokes, from head to feet. It is slow and grounding, and a good choice when you want to switch off completely.
Our menu keeps the classical names: Champy for the head, Padam Mardhnam for the feet and Pristh Mardhnam for the back.
